MFGD products are made from a variety of materials. To ensure their longevity, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Timber: As a natural material, timber can change colour and/or shift in movement over time. Avoid direct sunlight or excessively warm temperatures as this can cause the material to warp. Our timber products are for indoor use only.

  • Magnets: People with pacemakers must avoid handling magnets. Do not let children handle without proper instruction and supervision. Keep magnets away from credit cards, watches, TV’s and other electronic devices.

  • Acrylic: Avoid sliding acrylic across surfaces with debris/dust to prevent scratches.

  • Metal: Metal products have a powder-coated finish and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid sliding metal across surfaces with debris/dust to prevent scratches.

Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of all MFGD products. All MFGD products hold a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Refunds and Replacements

  • All sales are final. We ask that you review your order carefully as refunds and replacements are not provided for change of mind.

  • Refunds and replacements are only provided if the item purchased is faulty or was lost/damaged in transit. Please fill out the below.

  • We must be notified within 10 days after the item has been received.

  • Photo proof is required.
